Your Responsibilities

Customer Lists You Give Us

If Your business engages Us to run a campaign, You agree that:

• Everyone on the list did business with You or reached out to You first. No bought, rented or scraped lists.
• You have the right to give Us the list and to have Us contact those people in Your business's name, by the channels You choose, under the laws that apply to You.
• You tell Us about anyone who has asked You not to be contacted, and You honor every opt-out We pass back to You.
• Offers, prices and promises made in Your name are Yours to approve, and We make none on Your behalf that You have not approved.

The written agreement for Your engagement covers the rest, and it controls where it says something different.

Communications

By submitting the sign-up form You agree to be contacted by Us and by Partners as described in the consent shown on that form, including by email, text message and phone, and including automated and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time as described in Our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is and remains the property of the Company. Partner names and marks belong to their owners. These Terms do not grant You any rights to copy or republish Our content.

Termination

We may suspend or remove Your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may ask Us to delete Your account at any time. Upon deletion, We will retain or remove Your data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
